Paul Misticawi, Vice President Public Sector Sales at Traffic Cast, leads TrafficCast initiatives in the public sector, reaching out to city, state and county departments of transportation, consultants and Metropolitan Planning Organizations, along with managing the distribution network. His primary focus is the sales and marketing of BlueTOAD, TrafficCast's innovative system for monitoring travel times, road speeds and route behaviors by detection of Bluetooth® signals from passing vehicles, as well as a range of data services supporting operations and planning.
