What is the Cost to be an Exhibitor?

This year we offer Base and Premium Exhibitor Packages. The Premium Package, besides all Base Package benefits, includes registration for two people and proximity to traffic foot flow and refreshments / snacks access. Please see below for benefits details.

What’s included in my conference fee?

All registrants (Exhibitors, Sponsors, Speakers, regular attendees) will have access to all sessions, the vendors showcase and the Exhibitor Open House.

What costs extra?

The following extras are not included in the meeting registration rates listed above:

  • Cost of social events, such as
    • Networking event on 11/4 from 6pm to 9pm.
  • For more information about social events, how to sign up and pay for them, visit the Social Events section.

  • The technical tour on 11/5 will be free of charge.
    More information about the tour will be posted in this website as soon as available.

Furthermore: if you register as sponsor or exhibitor benefits may vary according to the partnership package you have chosen. Please consult the sponsors and exhibitors sections for details.

Be aware that:

  1. Exhibitor space is limited and is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
  2. Refunds for cancellations and “no-shows” cannot be provided due to guarantees for space and food services.
  3. Exhibitor packages DO NOT include social events costs. You will have to pay extra for those. The technical tour is free of charge.
  4. Wireless Internet is not included in the packages, but will be available on site through the facility for an additional $15 fee.

Shipping Material to the Annual Meeting

Please contact us at with a description and size of the shipment and estimated date of arrival.

All shipments are to be received at Galt House no earlier than Monday, November 1st, 2021. All shipments shall be coordinated directly with the Galt House. Please include the number of boxes, pallets, etc. in the shipment, point of origin (company, city), how the items are being shipped and when they are scheduled to arrive. Any additional information like tracking numbers, size, weight, etc. will be helpful in the proper handling and processing of your shipment once it arrives at Galt House.

Exhibitors are responsible for handling shipments to their event space and out of Galt House after the Annual Meeting.
