COVID-19 UPDATE: While participating in events held or sponsored by the ITS Midwest Chapter, attendees agree to abide by the Federal, State and/or Local guidelines relative to COVID at the time of the event. This may include social distancing, the wearing of face coverings, hand sanitation, daily health questionnaires, or other health and safety precautions. ITS Midwest is working closely with the Galt House Hotel to ensure your safety during the 2021 Annual Meeting. Despite all safety measures, ITS Midwest cannot guarantee that its participants or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
Schaumburg, June 21st, 2021
As we recover from the pandemic and the challenges it created for us as a profession and as people, ITS Midwest feels strongly in the value our in-person annual meeting provides to our membership. It allows us to connect in a stronger manner, and look/see/touch our projects, systems, and devices in a way virtual can only approximate. This year it ideally also allows us to share industry perspectives, experiences, and our views of what the “restart” may be. Additionally, we really want our 25th Anniversary as an ITS America state chapter to be celebrated - together.
We are very pleased to announce that our 2021 Annual Meeting will be held November 4-5 at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, KY.
The safety of the attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and conference team is paramount. We invite you to take a look at the Kentucky State Protocols for COVID-19. The Galt House has also a page dedicated to COVID-19 Protocols (including how to get in-house testing for COVID-19 at the hotel).
We invite everyone with an interest in ITS to join us in Louisville as we hear the latest from partners and industry leaders and learn about the latest product innovations. Learn how experts are helping to shape the future of connected transportation and how you can too.
All authors in the field and interested in attending and presenting at the 2021 Annual Meeting are encouraged to submit an abstract. Discuss your findings & lessons learned with other ITS experts and increase visibility for your work and projects.
How to Submit Abstract
Stay tuned and please be patient with us as we work through the process of scheduling and organizing “The Race to the Restart”. Over the coming weeks, we will share more updates about this event. For the latest updates, be sure to check out the event website and follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn. Keep the conversations going with #ITSMW21.
