General Questions

Answer The 2021 Annual Meeting will take place over two days on November 4th and 5th, 2021. More details will be communicated soon.

Answer The 2021 Annual Meeting will be held at the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville, KY. We are cruising forward by returning to meeting in-person, while ensuring the highest standard of health and safety measures are guaranteed. Exhibitors

Answer As usual, we will host a vendor showcase and an Exhibitor Open House that event participants have access to during the conference. The vendor showcase and Exhibitor Open House are open to commercial exhibitors offering equipment, software and services related to ITS. More information on exhibitors’ packages and how to be an exhibitor at the conference is available in the Exhibitors section.

Students

Answer Students are eligible for FREE registration. Students communicating from their personal university email their interest in attending the event to ITS Midwest will be helped to get a personal free registration for the event. Don’t miss this chance of professional education and great networking opportunities: send an email to to apply for your free registration as student!
The free registration will NOT include the cost for the social event ($50 extra) and lunch ($25 extra).
