It is ITS Midwest’s goal to hold an in-person Annual Meeting this November that maintains the safety of the attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and conference team. We are monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation closely in Kentucky and our other member states and will provide updates about any impacts to the 2020 ITS Midwest Annual Meeting on our website as more information becomes available.
The ITS Midwest Awards Program highlights the major accomplishments our public and private sector members have made over the past year
It’s time again for nominations for candidate programs for the ITS Midwest Project of the Year.
We are requesting the following:
The Nominations Committee will then get in touch with the contact person and conduct a telephone interview so we can put a project description together. (We will do the heavy lifting!) This will make it easier for the nominator and will produce consistent project description formats for the Newsletter and Awards Ceremony.

Awards will be determined based upon project merit and significance which could result in multiple awards if many quality nominations are received.
Nominations must be submitted to the ITS Midwest Recognition Committee no later than Thursday, October 1st, 2020. Nominations may be submitted to .
The winner will be presented with a plaque at the 2020 ITS Midwest Annual Meeting. A synopsis of all nominated projects will be presented at the meeting and featured in an upcoming ITS Midwest Newsletter.
