Call for abstracts

The Technical Program Committee sent an email to our membership, previous Annual Meeting registrants/attendees, and previous authors/submitters calling for abstracts.
Any and all authors in the field and interested in attending and presenting at the 2020 Annual Meeting are encouraged to submit an abstract. Please contact us first in order to get further instructions and or any questions.
Please read further for updates on the Call for Abstracts invitation mail, directions and clarifications.

The annual meeting theme “Championing ITS for 25 Years” will be showcasing all levels of technology to show how the Midwest has grown and become a leader in all areas of ITS, including Smart Mobility. Please join ITS Midwest in presenting your thoughts and your work to contribute to a shared vision of a connected transportation future.
Submission deadline is Friday, August 14, 2020.

What should I do?

The ITS Midwest Conference Outreach Committee sent an invitation to:

  • Members,
  • previous Annual Meeting registrants/attendees, and
  • previous authors/submitters

to submit an abstract for presentation at the Annual Meeting using an online Abstract Submittal form. A link and credentials to get access to the online form were included in the invitation. This page will be updated with information about when the invitation has been sent.

We encourage any and all authors working in the field and interested in attending and presenting at the 2020 Annual Meeting to submit an abstract. Please contact us at before Friday, August 14, 2020 and one of ITS Midwest Technical Program representatives will get in touch with you with further instructions.

If you are an ITS Midwest member (or you are not a Member but you recently attended and/or submitted a presentation for one of our reent past Annual Meetings) and notice you haven’t received the "Call for Abstracts" email, please contact us at before Friday, August 14, 2020 and we will get back to you asap.
