The hotel and venue for the 2020 Annual Meeting will be the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The hotel is located near the riverfront, offering spectacular views of the Ohio River and proximity to many other great attractions. The Galt House Hotel is 6.3 miles (15 minute drive) from the Louisville International Airport (SDF). There is no shuttle service to the airport, however the hotel offers 2,500 covered parking spaces and it is easily accessible by rideshares, taxis, Uber and Lyft.

Room Type and Rate

ITS Midwest has reserved at the Galt House Hotel a block of rooms for all Annual Meeting attendees:

  • All rooms are 2 Queen Beds, Deluxe Rooms. See below for a detailed description of this type of room.
  • The room rate will be the government rate of $119.00 per night (taxes and fees excluded).
  • Rooms will be available at same rate two nights before and after the event for guests wishing to extend their stay in the Louisville area.
  • Rooms must be booked online: Book room(s) now
  • After October 14th the Galt House cannot longer guarantee rooms and will accept reservations upon availability (see also Reservation Due Date below). You can still reserve rooms via the Central Reservations service. How? Call 1-800-THE-GALT and provide the Group Code “ITS Midwest” and Central Reservations will assist.

Room Description

The room type is the Deluxe rooms with two queen-sized beds. NSMK amenities include complimentary WiFi, in-room temperature control, work station with chair, leisure chair, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, HDTV, alarm clock, iron, ironing board, and bathroom amenities. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Rates do not include 16.07% tax per night. (Subject to change without notice)

Reservation Due Date

The reservations cut-off date is Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Reservations received after the reservations cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis, at the higher of the contract rate or rate available at that time.

Guarantee Policy

There is a Credit Card required for this reservation.

Guests will pay their own account upon departure. Group assumes full and sole responsibiltty for informing all attendees of the room rate and applicable taxes. When reservations are made, the Hotel will require a credit card as a form of guarantee for the reservation. An Individual's deposit is refundable to that individual if the Hotel receives notice of an individual's cancellation at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges and Hotel fees for the length of the guest's stay, plus the anticipated use of the Hotel's ancillary services, and we require each guest's home/business address and e-mail address.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 48 Hours prior to 4pm day of arrival to avoid 1 Night charge plus applicable tax. An early departure fee is applicable to guests who check out prior to the agreed check-out date which will be equal to half of the daily room rate. The latest point at which the departure date can be changed without incurring a charge is at the point of check-in.
